HON 240 Single Diaphragm Regulator
HON 240 gas pressure regulator offers accurate, safe and dependable gas regulation capabilities. The product is used in a wide range of application and facilities such as domestic and business premises, small industrial feeds, burners, heater units and boilers
Features include:
- Diaphragm casing can be rotated through 360° relative to regulator body (without vent limiting device)
- Rapid response to load changes
- Wide range of interchangeable orifices
- Regulator can be installed in any position
- Can be fitted with integral over-pressure (OPCO) or under-/over-pressure cut-off valve (UPCO/OPCO)
- May be optionally fitted with a safety diaphragm and vent limiting device (VLD) for applications requiring no vent piping per ANSI Z21.80/CSA 6.22.
- Cartridge-type diaphragm and valve assembly for ease of maintenance
- Suitable for natural, non-aggressive and manufactured gases; nitrogen, carbon dioxide and propane; and other gases upon enquiry
- Max. inlet pressure pu max: up to 10.3 bar
- Outlet pressure range Wd: 0.01 to 0.21 bar

All mechanical components of this device are without ignition sources. As such, they are not subject to ATEX 95 (94/9/EC). All electrical components used with this device fulfil the ATEX requirements.
